Lovely accommodations for a few nights! We were warmly greeted by Edson. Our small room was spotless! The courtyard is charming and the upstairs terrace has a beautiful view! The breakfast cooked by Sonora Clara was delicious (Mexican eggs)
It was quiet at night which is most important for me! Gentle morning noises start at 6:00 am (sweeping) with more conversation at 7:00. Not an issue for a morning bird like me! Breakfast on the terrace was so tranquil.

Unique hotel, fairly clean, excellent staff and the beds were comfortable. Its location was relatively quiet and unbeatable, in a colonial neighborhood, and in a residential area. Also, the property was a 10-15 minute walk from Museum of Cultures of Oaxaca. The breakfast was lovely and sensational, included fresh fruit, eggs, and cheese. We spent a very lovely time here, can recommend to anyone.

Although some rooms might feel a bit dark and small, the cozy atmosphere makes up for it.

All in all cozy and great setting close enough to the main square, Santo Domingo church, and Oaxaca. Also, in a quiet neighborhood. Perfectly clean rooms with ensuite bath available. Delicious food for breakfast in the courtyard.
Wi-Fi was low.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would definitely stop here again. The hotel was clean based in an original style building with very friendly and respectful staff...

Fairly clean, small hotel with excellent location close to the center. Location near the historic centre and Azucenas. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a mini bar and a toaster.

Spending five nights at this cute hotel was a delight. The highlight was enjoying gourmet pizzas and local dishes that were both flavorful and satisfying. While the cozy atmosphere felt safe, the double room did feel a bit cramped, and the absence of air conditioning were great. Still, the staff's dedication to helping us explore the area was invaluable was nice.

It was quiet and close to the church, where I could hear the school bell nearby. Every morning, I took a break on the rooftop terrace with great city views and enjoyed a simple breakfast. The friendly staff helped me feel welcome . As a single traveler, I appreciated the local market just a few blocks away for snacks.

I loved starting each day with a delicious breakfast on the beautiful rooftop terrace, and the cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding after exploring. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit small, but they were so clean and comfy that it didn't really matter. Definitely take time to enjoy the serene gardens while you're here 🌼

Azucenas is a lovely spot away from the dusty tourist areas. We had a blast in the rooftop tamale cooking class with clara, who shared her amazing mole recipe. Small class size made it super fun and personal. Cooking and eating tamales was a highlight of our stay!
